After purchasing tickets, our team will be working as quickly as possible for the validation process. We will then be sharing the address you specified for shipping with the seller. We guarantee that your tickets will arrive on the date we promise. If the event is on last-minute sale, your tickets will be delivered to you at a location close to the event area within the last-minute sales.
After the event passes, a payment plan is created, and you will get paid within 15 days at the latest. If you successfully transfer or send your tickets, you can safely receive your payment.

Depending on the type of shipment, you will need to send your e-ticket, paper ticket, or seasonal ticket appropriately. You can determine how you want to send your ticket when you list according to the type of event.
After the e-tickets are sold, you must load them on the platform, and when the buyers reach their tickets, your sales will be controlled by the biletwise team.
You must not have made a sale to change the shipment type. If you want to change the type of shipment for a sale, please contact our customer supporters first.
